The ‘Chef’s Dining Room’ situated in our
elegant Mountbatten Room is ideal for private celebrations and
impressive hosting. Enjoy a nine-course tasting menu designed
specifically for each group by Executive Chef Andy Mackenzie
himself.
What’s more he will explain, via a little
foodie theatre, the philosophy behind each dish, how the flavours
blend as well as why he has chosen the wine to complement each
course.
