The Cedar Bar
Step inside and discover comfy
leather armchairs, ornate panelling carefully carved by
the famous Grindlin Gibbons from a cedar tree that fell in the
great storm of 1930 and a welcoming open fire.
Order a glass of whatever you fancy, take a seat and drink
in the breathtaking view straight down the avenue of lime
trees, it really does have to be seen to be believed!

Cocktail of the
Month
Every month the Bar Team put on a new and exciting creation -
this month it is...
Patron Margarita ...a taste
of sunshine even when it's chilly outside!
The Margarita is a Mexican cocktail. Patron is one of the best
tequilas made from 100% agave plants, using just the heart from the
plants.
The Cocktail consists of Patron tequila, Cointreau
and lime juice all shaken together then poured into a highball
glass with a salted rim! A little secret - make sure you use a
fresh wedge lime inside the shaker to release extra oil
from the lime.
The Cedar Bar is open to hotel guests and residents. It makes
the perfect place to pop into with friends and unwind
with a relaxing drink - we look forward to seeing you.
